Aged 2/4 months. The cheese is dipped in fruity red wine and gives off a fresh scent that
stands out for its well-balanced flavour. Thanks to its lightness and the type of cheese
used we recommend it for preparing delicious and fresh aperitifs as well as main dishes.

Soft cheese made with pasteurised cow's milk and red leaves of radicchio. Aged 2/4
months. Cheese ideal for preparing tasty aperitifs, also lends itself very well to be cooked
in a pan. Match: Prosecco extra dry or other white sparkling wine.

Cheese made with cow's milk from the hills of Treviso. Almost imperceptible, red-golden
colour rind. Aged minimum 60 days.The cheese is washed with a prestigious double malt
beer to create a distinctive natural rind, and then matured in the cellars.
Delicate taste with notes of malt that remind us to double malt beer used for the maturation of the cheese.

Tartufino

Cheese made with pasteurised cow's milk from the hills of Treviso. Aged 2/4 months. It is
a soft-textured cheese whose surface is coated with a treatment of extra virgin olive oil,
natural black truffle flavoring and many spices, especially cinnamon and nutmeg. Its
aromatic characteristics and delectable flavor make it an excellent cheese for
entertaining.

Cenerino

Pasteurised cow's milk cheese. The cheeses are rubbed with extra virgin olive oil and a
special spice mixture and covered with selected natural ashes,. Spicy rind with that
characteristic grey colour. Soft white paste, compact with truffle slivers inside. Both the
process of the aging and the very special ingredients make this a most unforgettable and
unique cheese.
