Cheese made with pasteurized milk produced from selected farms located in the Veneto
hills. The minimum seasoning of 30/45 days. The texture is soft, buttery and has a nice
spread and irregular holes.The cheese give an intense aroma of fresh milk. Palate is
particularly delicate and melting.The Monteo is a perfect cheese for a daily consumption
and fits very good in the kitchen for the realization of tasty dishes.

Tavoliere - (Kg 12)

An outstanding cheese with soft, buttery texture with characteristics irregular holes. As its
name signifies, it is an ideal cheese for everyday meals. This is a mild cheese with a
delicate fresh milk aroma. The rind is covered by tomato sauce.

Franzedaz® - (Kg 2)

Il formaggio Franzedaz rappresenta una vera e propria rarità, infatti la produzione, rigorosamente a latte crudo vaccino, avviene solo durante il periodo dell'alpeggio che va dal 10 lugliio al 15 settembre; se ne producono soltantio 7/8 formine al giorno dal peso di 2,5 kg.
