aroma and rare indescribable delicate taste.

Cheese produced with raw cow's milk,aged 10/12 months, matured in Amarone marcs. Purple coloured crust . The cheese has the definite flavor of the Amarone wine, an aroma
of fruits tending towards candied and unsweetened cherries. Some wheels may have a thin vein-like line running through the center. This is rare and remarkable - it sometimes
happens that the wine will diffuse itself naturally into this quite extraordinary cheese

Cheese aged 12/15 months which has been produced with raw cow’s milk and which has been cured with the marcs of the prestigious white Recioto wine. The cheese has a trace
of piquant acidity typical of the raw milk. The influence of the sweet wine gives the cheese a wonderfully intense yet delicate taste. It brings up hints of apricot, hazelnut, a touch of
caramel, cherries, gooseberries and violets.
