Cheese made with pasteurised cow milk from the hills of Treviso. Aged 2/4 months. It is a
soft-textured cheese whose surface is coated with a treatment of extra virgin olive oil,
natural black truffle flavoring and many spices, especially cinnamon and nutmeg. Its
aromatic characteristics and delectable flavor make it an excellent cheese for
entertaining.

This is a cow’s milk cheese produced locally. It is quite soft and smooth with the distinct
characteristic of actual pieces or, small slices of black truffle incorporated into the paste of
the cheese itself. It is rubbed with spices such as cinnamon and ash on the rind. Both the
process of the aging and the very special ingredients make this a most unforgettable and
unique cheese.
